Philosophy
Systems theory, constructivism and philosophy of language as the basis of my approach
In my work as a trainer, consultant and coach, I follow the principles of the systemic approach. This means that I do not assume that there is an objective truth. Rather, according to constructivism, truth is based on the individually different meanings that subjects give to objects, which means that there is not one but many truths. The meaning conferred has a meaning and an origin that is located in the person themselves but also in their environment, the rules and laws.
According to systems theory, people and organizations are regarded as living systems that want to continuously maintain themselves (so-called autopoietic systems) and according to which change only succeeds if the previous order has been sufficiently disrupted. Due to the circular interactions and the fact that I work with living, autonomous systems (i.e. people), it is never really possible to predict what change will result. But this is basically irrelevant, because the systemic approach, especially the solution-oriented approach, assumes that the right solution is always already present in the organization and/or in the individual. My task is to make this insight possible for the individual or the organization by (re-)activating the hidden knowledge and unused resources with the help of suitable methods and leading them into a self-empowering solution trance with linguistic-philosophical means.
