"The decisive realization is only revealed to the truly humble spirit"

What I have specialized in coaching:

My coaching skills and methods are primarily focused on personal development, the development of leadership skills and the associated reflection and development of an authentic leadership role, conflict management and stress management:

  • Personal development

  • Developing leadership skills

  • Developing an authentic leadership role

  • Conflict management

  • Stress management/resilience development/burnout prevention

My method portfolio in personal & business coaching:

I mainly work with the systemic approach. However, as other psychological approaches can also demonstrate efficient methods and techniques, I am happy to incorporate these into my work, provided they suit the client and the issue at hand. These include the humanistic approach, cognitive (behavioral) therapy (RET), the person-centered approach according to Rogers, influences from hypnotherapy according to Erickson and, increasingly, body-oriented methods.

  • Systemic methods to recognize and change interactions and relationships

  • Humanistic approach with a focus on self-realization, personal growth, meaning in life

  • Cognitive (behavioral) therapy (RET) to replace harmful thought patterns with positive ones

  • Person-centered approach to empathically support individual development

  • Hypno-systemic approach to find resources and solutions

  • Body-oriented methods to work on unconscious blockages and patterns and to reduce stress

The individual coaching techniques

It is impossible to list all the techniques I have used in my coaching sessions as there are simply too many. Instead, I would like to introduce you to a few key techniques to give you an idea of how coaching might work. However, it is important to emphasize that the success of a coaching session does not depend on the number or type of techniques used. Much more important is the relationship between coach and coachee and the trust that is essential for successful change work.
