There's something to experience here! Also suitable as a team-building activity

The intercultural workshop is a group event in which we learn how to deal better with people from different cultures. We will not only impart theoretical knowledge, but above all learn through practical experience.
The workshop usually consists of three focal points:

Own and foreign culture analysis: we look at what culture actually means and what the difference is between culture and individuality . We get to know our own culture(s) and learn why it is important that we understand ourselves and our own culture in order to be able to better perceive the culture of other people.

Organizational culture analysis:
We look at the corporate culture and how it is perceived by different people. We look at what unspoken rules and values exist in the organization and what the culture should actually be like.

Working with difficult situations: We analyze the differences we have identified together in the group and look for solutions. We use active methods such as systemic constellations or sociodrama. It is advisable to include all three focal points in the workshop, but sometimes it can also be useful to concentrate on a specific focus.
The active methods are also very suitable for team-building measures.
